With over 25 years of experience in the line of CFA, CSA, SS and Food Product Distribution, we are now Supply Chain Partners with more than 25 Top Multinational and National Brands, serving around 4000 direct satisfied customers and Distributors in the Madhya Pradesh state from our two setups in Indore and Bhopal, respectively. We believe in building long-term customer relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability. Our team is constantly learning and evolving. We are a team of Efficient People working under the guidance of Managers with years of Industry Experience in all departments like Purchase, Sales, Billing, Dispatch, Accounting, Inventory Management, and Collection. With a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and mutual support, we work, together with company executives, to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations. Our commitment to teamwork is reflected in our work culture where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas, opinions, and feedback. All our staff members also maintain a mandatory dress code.
Infrastructure
We have our own building with a well-furnished 2000 sqft. office equipped with the latest technology and facilities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team. It is located near the transport area, where we have all our work centralized along with warehouses and cold storages to maintain and ensure the quality of products before they are dispatched to the market. We also have a Branch office in Bhopal with a similar set of infrastructure as Indore for all of our brand partners, which contributes to our success and positive reputation.
Logistics
Apart from relying on 3P logistic services, we own a fleet of 12 insulated and refrigerated vehicles, equipped with GPS tracking systems, to meet our customers' demands. To maintain quality control throughout the entire supply chain we have trained our professional licence-holding drivers with their dispatchers to handle products with care. We try to serve most of our upcountry customers with our own vehicles at their doorstep. We also have 6 two-wheelers to fulfil the urgent requirements of the customers.
Market Development

Our Relationship Manager, having an experience of more than 25 years, with his enthusiastic and motivated team, is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Major customers are served by a relationship executive to provide focussed work and the earliest instigation of any brand in the market. They are available to address any concerns that our clients may have. We work together closely with company executives to help them set their brand in the market and serve as a bridge between the company and the customers.

Our Quality Guarantee
To ensure utmost food safety and standards, we keep our premises and vehicles clean and rodent-free. We ensure that our employees are always in clean uniforms and are fully trained for keeping the Warehouses, Cold Rooms and Office neat and clean. Periodic pest-control is done for our entire premises through professional agencies. We follow inventory system of FIFO and maintain separate space to store Expired and Damaged goods. Disposal of all expired and damaged stock is done in the supervision of a Company Personnel via municipal corporation.
